Did the elliptical for 40 minutes this morning. Heart rate above 140 the whole time :-D
By next week, I'm hoping to see some quantifiable improvement. If I keep this up, even if I skip days every once in awhile, I figure by next week I'll KNOW that it's working. Which will help me a ton. That's the one thing that's been missing... noticeable improvement. I feel better, though, for sure.
One thing I didn't know, that I now do, is you should NEVER wear shortish shorts to the gym when you're kinda chubby. Good gracious. Ouch. Lesson learned.
