My Day -1

So here I am, Mainda Pants' opening post for Top Guns! I'm excited about this, guys, I feel like some accountability is gonna go far to help me.

Goal=50 pound loss

I think I need to focus in the beginning here on revving up my metabolism. It seems to have slowed to a stop, which explains why I can't seem to do anything diet-wise to lose weight.

My goals for this week are to try for 4 or 5 small meals of 300-400 calories apiece (with breakfast.... actually occurring... and not beating myself up if I slip a bit) per day and figure out a fitness plan. I want to join the LA Fitness over by my mom's house, but I'm not sure I can afford it. If I can, I'm gonna try to start out with swimming, then maybe finding a group I like and can attend semi-regularly.

I'm still unsure how much my medical issues have been affecting me in this area. Um.... yeah. More on that as it develops.

It's been ages since I've blogged. I used to be quite good at it. Hmm.

  1. Huzzah! I'm proud of you ladies for setting your goals and coming up with ways to keep yourselves sticking with it. Good luck, and if any little pushes or encouragement is needed, Benji will be around.
