Just Introducing Myself, or Rather, My Plans

Hiiiii guys! Or girls I should say. Many thanks to Jaguar for inviting me! I am hoping having you girls' support will keep me consistent in my work out/diet routine. One of my roommates has this book called The Body Sculpting Bible for Women, and it has a work-out program that runs in 6-week cycles. At the beginning of this semester, she and I completed one cycle together. In the past month, we've stopped doing it.

Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time starting up again without someone to go to the gym with me. But! Starting this Monday, my new plan is to go lift weights 3 times a week, and do my cardio twice a week. And to alternate each week between consuming 1800 calories a day and 1600 calories a day.

So... yeah! That's the plan.

    I'm totally right there with you on motivation to go to the gym without a partner.

    Yeah I didn't think of that. It's pronounced "Poh-tay-mee," not "pot-uh-mee."
