Why do you feel this way? I know I'm in denial most of my days and often even lie to myself or don't think about it to try to make myself feel better. Most of the time when I am honest to myself and let things out and tell someone I feel better.
To be honest though there are sometimes when I wish I could have kept my mouth shut because letting go and talking about it is just too emotionally stressful for me which leads back into the ignoring of the situation... OH LIFE
Don't give up if it's just because letting it out in the world hurts. Give up if you don't feel like it's helping you, but don't do it just to keep your brain hidden from view. Letting it out, whether to us or to someone else, is a really important step if you want anything to change, IMO. You keep the crazy cooped up, it metastasizes and starts going where it doesn't belong. And when the crazy permeates everything, you become a cat lady. Don't become a cat lady.
